The Salty Fitness Collective exists to participate in the restoration of the world by fortifying men & women to live better, longer & more productive lives. We have begun this mission through a 4-fold approach: Private-pay Physical Therapy, Fitness Training, Health Coaching & the Salty Fitness Podcast. We have plans to add other specific aspects to the collective as we grow.

I created the Salty Fitness Collective with my family because in my 15 years working for big hospital systems, I came to the conclusion that "big healthcare" (ie "Big Pharma/Big Food/Big Government") gains much when people are fat, impotent, medicated & controllable. The more you are dependent on them, the more they prosper. We at the Salty Fitness Collective work to make people hard-to-kill and  hard to control. We believe that through accountability, nutrition guidance, hard physical training & wisdom about how God created us, people can achieve glorious changes.

Salty Fitness Physical Therapy

When you are injured or slowed down by a pain or a dysfunction, you need your Physical Therapist (PT) to know you, comprehensively. That is to say, your PT should know how you're eating & sleeping, how you're moving throughout the day, what activities you'd like to be able to do and so on. They should also have the time & concern to dig into root causes rather than simply throwing standard exercises at you. This is what we're able to do for you at Salty Fitness Physical Therapy.
PRIVATE PAY FREEDOM:
We do not make contracts with insurance companies. For this reason, we have the freedom to develop your treatment plan based on your needs when it comes to the actual treatments, treatment frequency and duration. This also allows us to limit our daily visits to 3-5 patients/day whereas insurance PT’s are seeing to the 15-20 patients/day.
